Our US company, WhiteOak Services Inc, provides same-day access to funds through our delegated claims administrators, who are dedicated to ensuring our clients are back on the road as quickly as possible. This is a virtually unparalleled claims service in the London Market and a major competitive advantage for brokers and coverholders working with White Oak.

White Oak Claims Platform

The White Oak Claims Platform (WCP) is primarily a payment and reserving system for use by White Oak’s Delegated Claims Administrator (DCA) & Coverholder network. Any of our DCA’s or Coverholders managing claims under their delegated authority would equally benefit from the system. Since its inception in 2017, WCP has enabled us to fund claims of any size within 48 hours of agreement and in most cases within 24 hours.
